Mushroom Cream Soup

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 tin of fresh chopped mushroom
1 cup chopped leeks
1 grated garlic clove
One-third cup of Al-Matahin all-purpose flour
2 cube chicken broth
4 cups hot water
Half a cup of cooking cream
Half teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Dissolve the chicken broth cubes in hot water and leave aside
- Dissolve the butter in a deep saucepan, then add the leeks and garlic and stir until dissolved
- Add the chopped mushrooms and stir constantly until they dissolve
- Add the flour and stir until completely mixed
- Remove the mixture of water broth and stir, then leave on low heat for 15 minutes
- Increase the amount of fire and beat the mixture with the electric mixer until all the ingredients are completely homogenized
- Return the pot to a low heat and add the cream of cooking and black pepper, then leave on fire for 5 minutes
- Serve hot soup with decking
