Ingredients

Half a cup of Al-Matahin semolina

1 cup boiled and boiled chicken

1 chopped onion

1 tsp grounded cardamom

Half teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons minced parsley

6 cups boiled water

Instructions
  1. Dissolve cubes of chicken broth in 6 cups of boiling water, then put in a pot over low heat until close to boiling
  2. Add chopped onion, and leave on fire for 5 minutes
  3. Dissolve the semolina in half a cup of water, add to the feed and are on fire with stirring
  4. Sprinkle the cardamom and salt on the feed and leave on low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Add chicken and parsley and stir slightly, then leave on fire for 5 minutes
  6. serve the soup hot
