Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

1 tin of fresh chopped mushroom

1 cup chopped leeks

1 grated garlic clove

One-third cup of Al-Matahin all-purpose flour

2 cube chicken broth

4 cups hot water

Half a cup of cooking cream

Half teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Dissolve the chicken broth cubes in hot water and leave aside
  2. Dissolve the butter in a deep saucepan, then add the leeks and garlic and stir until dissolved
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and stir constantly until they dissolve
  4. Add the flour and stir until completely mixed
  5. Remove the mixture of water broth and stir, then leave on low heat for 15 minutes
  6. Increase the amount of fire and beat the mixture with the electric mixer until all the ingredients are completely homogenized
  7. Return the pot to a low heat and add the cream of cooking and black pepper, then leave on fire for 5 minutes
  8. Serve hot soup with decking
