Ingredients

1 cup of Al-Matahin all-purpose flour

500 grams peeled and cleaned shrimp

1 chopped onion

2 grated garlic cloves

1 tomato peeled and cut

1 piece cold chili pepper

Half a pack of chopped parsley

Half a pack of chopped dill

1 egg white

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon seasoned condiment

Half teaspoon crushed turmeric

1 tablespoon salt

Frying oil

Instructions
  1. Wash the shrimp for 5 minutes, then leave to cool down a bit
  2. Place the onions, garlic, tomatoes, chilli, parsley, shrimps and shrimp in a mixer and beat until smooth mixture is formed
  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, then add the eggs, parsley and salt and stir well
  4. Sift the flour and baking powder on the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are homogenized
  5. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator covered for half an hour
  6. Place an appropriate amount of oil in a pan and let to heat over medium heat
  7. Pour the dough into the pan using a tablespoon, then stir until browned
  8. Drain the kebabs of oil and serve hot
