Ingredients
1 cup of Al-Matahin all-purpose flour
500 grams peeled and cleaned shrimp
1 chopped onion
2 grated garlic cloves
1 tomato peeled and cut
1 piece cold chili pepper
Half a pack of chopped parsley
Half a pack of chopped dill
1 egg white
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon seasoned condiment
Half teaspoon crushed turmeric
1 tablespoon salt
Frying oil
Instructions
- Wash the shrimp for 5 minutes, then leave to cool down a bit
- Place the onions, garlic, tomatoes, chilli, parsley, shrimps and shrimp in a mixer and beat until smooth mixture is formed
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, then add the eggs, parsley and salt and stir well
- Sift the flour and baking powder on the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are homogenized
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator covered for half an hour
- Place an appropriate amount of oil in a pan and let to heat over medium heat
- Pour the dough into the pan using a tablespoon, then stir until browned
- Drain the kebabs of oil and serve hot
