Ingredients

Half a cup of Al-Matahin harees

Half cup of Al-Matahin jareesh

2 pieces of boneless chicken breast

1 cube chicken broth

1 peeled tomato

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups water

Instructions
  1. Wash both harees and jareesh, then drain
  2. Put the chicken and water in a deep saucepan, then boil for 5 minutes
  3. Remove the foam on the surface, then put the mash and grated cheese and leave on medium heat for one hour
  4. Add chicken cube and salt, then leave the mixture on low heat for 45 minutes with continuous stirring
  5. Add the tomato and leave on the same heat for 15 minutes
  6. Serve hot soup as a main dish
