Ingredients
6 pieces of chicken parts with skin and bone
2 cups water dissolved in 2 teaspoons salt
2 cups flour mills all uses
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Three-quarters cup milk
Instructions
- Place the chicken parts in 2 cups salted water and leave for 12 hours in a tightly sealed container inside the refrigerator
- Pour all the dry materials, then put in a large bowl
- Remove the chicken parts from the water and then dry thoroughly using paper towels
- Turn the parts in a dry mixture and cover thoroughly, then leave on the grating to dry for 15 minutes
- Heat deep oil for frying, immerse the parts in milk and then stir in mixing dry materials to cover completely
- Pour the prostate parts in the oil over medium / high heat for 8-10 minutes or until red
- Hot served with French fries.
