Ingredients

6 pieces of chicken parts with skin and bone

2 cups water dissolved in 2 teaspoons salt

2 cups flour mills all uses

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried herbs

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Three-quarters cup milk

Instructions
  1. Place the chicken parts in 2 cups salted water and leave for 12 hours in a tightly sealed container inside the refrigerator
  2. Pour all the dry materials, then put in a large bowl
  3. Remove the chicken parts from the water and then dry thoroughly using paper towels
  4. Turn the parts in a dry mixture and cover thoroughly, then leave on the grating to dry for 15 minutes
  5. Heat deep oil for frying, immerse the parts in milk and then stir in mixing dry materials to cover completely
  6. Pour the prostate parts in the oil over medium / high heat for 8-10 minutes or until red
  7. Hot served with French fries.
