Stuffed Pepper With Jareesh

Ingredients
1 cup of jareesh
4 cups water
5 spicy pepper seeds
2 minced onions
2 grated garlic cloves
1 pack chopped parsley
Lemon juice
2 tomatoes peeled and cut
1 pack of tomato paste
2 cube chicken broth
Half teaspoon ground coriander
Half teaspoon crushed cumin
Half tablespoon salt
1 tsp hot pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the jareesh and then soak in lukewarm water for half an hour
- In oil, rub the onion with the garlic until it melts, then add the tomatoes, cubes of chicken broth and spices, leave on fire for 10 minutes
- Drain the jareesh then add with salt to the mixture
- Stuff the peppers with the stuffing and then close and describe in a deep saucepan
- Mix water, tomato paste and lemon juice, then pour on pepper, cook for 1 hour or until cooked well
- Serve hot
