Ingredients
2 cups Almatahin flour No.2
½ cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup rose water
Saffron
1 egg
1 teaspoon grounded cardamom
½ 1 cup water
Sliced pistachio
Instructions
- Soak the saffron in the rose water for at least 30 minutes, set aside
- Combine the flour with the sugar and the grounded cardamom
- Add the egg and the rose water, knead until smooth dough
- Heat the oil in large pot over medium heat, add the dough and stir until water evaporate and forme crumbs
- Sprinkle the pistachio over and serve
