Ingredients

2 cups Almatahin flour No.2

½ cup sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup rose water

Saffron

1 egg

1 teaspoon grounded cardamom

½ 1 cup water

Sliced pistachio

Instructions
  1. Soak the saffron in the rose water for at least 30 minutes, set aside
  2. Combine the flour with the sugar and the grounded cardamom
  3. Add the egg and the rose water, knead until smooth dough
  4. Heat the oil in large pot over medium heat, add the dough and stir until water evaporate and forme crumbs
  5. Sprinkle the pistachio over and serve
