Ingredients
½ 1 cup Almatahin all-purpose flour
1 cup yogurt
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup Almatahin semolina
Instructions
- Sift the semolina over low heat until golden color. Set aside to cool
- Pre-heat oven to 180° degree. Prepare 9 inch cake pan and spry with butter spry
- combine the flour with the backing powder, set aside
- On separate bowl, mix the egg, the sugar and the vanilla extract using electrical hand mixer until light yellow color
- Add the vegetable oil and the yogurt, mix until homogenous. Add the flour mixture and mix
- Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until sting in wooden toothpick and comes dry, let cool
