Ingredients

½ 1 cup Almatahin all-purpose flour

1 cup yogurt

3 eggs

¾ cup sugar

¾ cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup Almatahin semolina

Instructions
  1. Sift the semolina over low heat until golden color. Set aside to cool
  2. Pre-heat oven to 180° degree. Prepare 9 inch cake pan and spry with butter spry
  3. combine the flour with the backing powder, set aside
  4. On separate bowl, mix the egg, the sugar and the vanilla extract using electrical hand mixer until light yellow color
  5. Add the vegetable oil and the yogurt, mix until homogenous. Add the flour mixture and mix
  6. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until sting in wooden toothpick and comes dry, let cool
