Ingredients

3 cups love puree grinders

1 kilo calf

12 cups water

1 tablespoon grounded cinnamon

1 tomato

Salt

Serving ghee

Instructions
  1. Wash the mash, then soak in lukewarm water for a full hour
  2. In a deep saucepan (preferably a saucepan), put the meat and water over medium heat for 45 minutes
  3. Squeeze the mash of water and then add with the meat and let it boil
  4. Reduce the heat to very low heat and leave for 3 hours with stirring from time to time. Add the cinnamon, salt and tomatoes and then leave on fire for another hour
  5. Beat the mixture with the electric stirrer or using a large wooden spoon until the ingredients are homogenized
  6. Serve hot in a deep dish with a little ghee on the face
