Ingredients
3 cups love puree grinders
1 kilo calf
12 cups water
1 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
1 tomato
Salt
Serving ghee
Instructions
- Wash the mash, then soak in lukewarm water for a full hour
- In a deep saucepan (preferably a saucepan), put the meat and water over medium heat for 45 minutes
- Squeeze the mash of water and then add with the meat and let it boil
- Reduce the heat to very low heat and leave for 3 hours with stirring from time to time. Add the cinnamon, salt and tomatoes and then leave on fire for another hour
- Beat the mixture with the electric stirrer or using a large wooden spoon until the ingredients are homogenized
- Serve hot in a deep dish with a little ghee on the face
