Ingredients

1 ¾ cup of Al-Matahin flour No. 2

1 ¾ cup of Al-Matahin all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

200 grams of melted butter

1 1/4 cup of room temperature water

Extra flour for sprinkling

Instructions
  1. Mix both flour and salt in the kneading pan. Add water gradually until the dough begins to form.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes, then cover and leave for at least four hours
  3. knead again using more flour if the dough if its sticky, then divide into 8 parts
  4. roll the divided parts of the dough using the flour, then roll it out.
  5. wipe the dough with a little melted butter from both sides
  6. Heat a metal skillet in preparation for baking, then add a little melted butter and bake the rolled dough from both sides until reddish bubbles appear.
