Ingredients
4 cups Al-Matahin flour with yeast

1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried thyme mixed with sesame
2 cups olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the oven from the bottom at 180 ° C
- Mix the flour with milk powder, salt and sugar
- Add the vegetable oil and then let the ingredients slightly
- Add 1 cup of water and knead the dough, then add a quarter cup of water gradually until the paste is firm.
