Ingredients
3 cups Al-Matahin all-purpose flour
1 cup lukewarm water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Meat filling
2 cups minced lamb meat
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon nutmeg
One teaspoon of crushed tea
Half teaspoon of seasoned spices
1 tablespoon butter
One quarter cup pine
Instructions
- To prepare the filling, brown the onion in the butter until it wilts, then add the pine and stir. Add minced meat and stir for 5 minutes
- Season with all spices, then simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked
- To prepare the dough, sift the flour, salt and black pepper, then add the remaining ingredients
- Mix the ingredients well, then strain them with dough or hands until a smooth paste is formed with a soft texture
- Cover the dough and leave to rest for 10 minutes, then cut into equal parts and roll the size of the tennis ball
- Sprinkle the dough and cover with the meat, then stir well
- Fry the sambosa in deep oil until golden, then served hot * sambosa can be cooked using air fryer
