Ingredients

3 cups Al-Matahin all-purpose flour

1 cup lukewarm water

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg white

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

 

Meat filling

2 cups minced lamb meat

1 chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

Half teaspoon nutmeg

One teaspoon of crushed tea

Half teaspoon of seasoned spices

1 tablespoon butter

One quarter cup pine

Instructions
  1. To prepare the filling, brown the onion in the butter until it wilts, then add the pine and stir. Add minced meat and stir for 5 minutes
  2. Season with all spices, then simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked
  3. To prepare the dough, sift the flour, salt and black pepper, then add the remaining ingredients
  4. Mix the ingredients well, then strain them with dough or hands until a smooth paste is formed with a soft texture
  5. Cover the dough and leave to rest for 10 minutes, then cut into equal parts and roll the size of the tennis ball
  6. Sprinkle the dough and cover with the meat, then stir well
  7. Fry the sambosa in deep oil until golden, then served hot * sambosa can be cooked using air fryer
