Ingredients
Cream Cheese – 225g
Egg – 1
Yolk – 1
Sugar – 3 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tsp
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Garnish:
Raspberry Jam – 200g
Icing Sugar – As needed
Egg Wash:
Egg – 1
Milk – 10ml
Instructions
1. Mix the cream cheese, egg, yolk sugar lime juice and vanilla until smooth.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and egg wash the sides. Pipe the cream cheese mixture and pipe dots of raspberry jam. Before baking, brush with egg wash one more time.
3. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
