Ingredients

1 cup Almatahin all-purpose flour

4 eggs

4 tablespoon melted butter

1 cup water

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Coating

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions
  1. Mix all the coating ingredients and set a side
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine the water, melted butter, sugar and the salt. Bring to boil
  3. Stir in the flour until homogenous and forms as a ball
  4. Remove the dough from the heat, add the vanilla extract and mix
  5. While stirring, add the eggs one at a time. Set a site to let cool
  6. Spoon the churros dough into a pastry bag fitted with star nozzle
  7. Heat up deep vegetable oil over medium heat, squeeze the dough into the oil to the desired length
  8. Fry the churros until golden brown, drain
  9. Sprinkle the churros strips with the coating mix and serve with chocolate sauce
