Ingredients
½ 1 cup Almatahin all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoon backing powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° degrees
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and the backing powder. Set a side
- Combine the sugar, the sour cream, the milk, the oil and the vanilla extract. Mix until homogenous
- Add the mixture of the dry ingredients over and gently mix
- Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix
- Spoon mixture into pan hole fitted with muffins paper cases. Bake about15- 20 minutes
- Stand in pan for few minutes, remove, let cool and serve
