Ingredients

½ 1 cup Almatahin all-purpose flour

½ cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoon backing powder

1 cup sugar

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoon fresh milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180° degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and the backing powder. Set a side
  3. Combine the sugar, the sour cream, the milk, the oil and the vanilla extract. Mix until homogenous
  4. Add the mixture of the dry ingredients over and gently mix
  5. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix
  6. Spoon mixture into pan hole fitted with muffins paper cases. Bake about15- 20 minutes
  7. Stand in pan for few minutes, remove, let cool and serve
