Ingredients
1 cup deseeded dates
½ 1 cup Almatahin flour No.2
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup crushed walnut
1 tablespoon roasted sesame
1 teaspoon grounded cardamom
Instructions
- Sift the flour over medium heat until golden color
- combine the flour and the cardamom
- On low heat, combine the flour, the dates and the melted butter and mix until become in-compacted soft dough
- Add the walnut and the roasted sesame, stir and serve
