Ingredients

2 cups of Al-Matahin pizza flour

1 canned tomatoes

2 cloves garlic grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
  1. To prepare the tomato sauce, heat the olive oil, then add the grated garlic and stir for a minute
  2. Add the canned tomato, sugar, salt and black pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes
